The link below will take you to the section 19 of the Biocidal Products Regulations which deals with the list of ingredients that are approved and necessary to be included in a product the is calling itself an Insect Repellent.
There are very few natural ingredients on this list or on a list of products that are under review but the situation could and has already changed over time .
